Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Melt the butter in a large frying pan and let it melt. Add the drained pasta with a little of the remaining pasta water. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.

Serve with freshly ground truffles and freshly ground pepper.
