1 slice Spelt whole-grain bread
1 Tbsp cream cheese
2 small white Chocolate heart

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse 2 screw-top jars (approximately 6 ounce capacity) and lids in boiling water and allow to dry. Finely chop 14 walnuts in a mini chopper, then toast in a dry non-stick pan until fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool.

Meanwhile, finely grate the chocolate and combine with the cinnamon stick and cocoa powder in one of the prepared jars. Add 1/4 cup of honey.

Halve the vanilla bean lengthwise. Combine vanilla bean with the cooled walnuts and remaining honey in the second jar.

Mix each of the honey mixtures well and seal the jars. Let stand for 5 days to allow the flavor to develop, flipping jars upside down for a while each day. 

5.

To serve, spread cream cheese over the bread and cut into quarters. Top each of 2 triangles thinly with the walnut honey and garnish each with 1 walnut. Top the remaining triangles with a thin layer of the chocolate honey and top each with a chocolate heart.
