125 grams soft butter
125 grams sugar
2 eggs
250 grams Pastry flour
1 generous pinch Baking powder

Preparation steps

Set aside half of sunflower seeds and half of peanuts.

Crush half of peanuts and mix in a bowl with raisins and chocolate pieces. Beat butter in a bowl with sugar until fluffy, gradually add eggs, flour and baking powder, mix well with the whisk, fold chocolate-nut mixture into butter mixture. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Create a pile of batter with two teaspoons, form into balls, roll in remaining sunflower seeds and peanuts. Place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated 180°C (approximately 350°F) oven for 15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool and then serve.
