1 green Apple
1 Mango
1 Lime
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp Vanilla oil
1 ⅔ cups milk
1 Tbsp vanilla pudding mix
1 Tbsp sugar
1 red chili pepper

Preparation steps

Mix the vanilla pudding powder with the sugar, then mix with a little milk. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, stir in the mixed pudding powder and return to the boil. Leave the sauce to cool. Squeeze the lime. Whisk the lime juice with the honey, whisking until the honey has dissolved, then whisk in the vanilla oil. Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the stone in strips. Peel the grapefruit with a sharp knife, removing all the outer skin and white pith. Then cut down between the membranes to release the segments. Wash, quarter, core and thinly slice the apple. Put a little of the vanilla sauce on each plate. Mix the prepared fruit and arrange on top of the vanilla sauce. Sprinkle with a little of the honey and lime sauce. Wash, deseed and finely dice or chop the chilli and scatter over the fruit salad.
