This smoothie is very filling and full of healthy fats from the peanut butter, coconut, and avocado. The chocolate provides antioxidants and a bit of caffeine. 

If the avocado taste is too strong for you, you can use a banana, preferably frozen. While avocado is really good for you, it is high in calories, so if you are watching your figure, you should use half of an avocado instead of a full one.

4 Tbsps Peanut butter
6 Tbsps raw cacao nib
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp Stevia
1 Avocado (peeled and chopped)
To decorate
grated sugar-free chocolate

Preparation steps

Put all the ingredients into a blender of food processor and blend until smooth and thick. Add more milk if liked.

Pour into chilled glasses and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
