Peanut Butter Yogurt Smoothie

1 Bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 thermal tea pot, 1 Sieve, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 große Non-stick pan, 1 Small plate, 1 Small bowl, 1 Fork, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Whisk, 1 kleine Bowl
Stir the shredded wheat into the yogurt and let steep for 10 minutes.
Place the mixture along with the milk, honey, banana, pears and the peanut butter in a blender and mix finely. If necessary add a little more milk.
Add a little lime juice and let chill for at least 30 minutes.
Pour into a glass and garnish with the lime juice.
