1 oz Walnut
1 pc Celery root (about 200 grams)
salt
1 large Apple (about 200 grams)
3 Tbsps Yogurt (low-fat)
peppers
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce
8 slices Smoked turkey breast (about 200 grams)
1 small lemon
1 ripe Avocado (about 200 grams)
1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Chop walnuts coarsely and toast lightly in a frying pan.

2.

Peel celery, rinse and cut into thin strips. Blanch for 1 minute in vigorously boiling salted water.

3.

Drain in a sieve and remove with a slotted spoon. Rinse with cold water. Rinse apple, cut into slices from the core and slice into fine strips.

4.

Mix celery, apple and walnuts in a bowl with the yogurt. Season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce.

5.

Place some celery salad on each slice of turkey and roll into a cylinder. Secure with toothpicks. Squeeze lemon.

6.

Halve avocado, remove pit and remove the flesh from the peel. Cut into slices and place on a plate. Season with salt, pepper and 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice. Drizzle the turkey rolls with oil and serve.
