Preparation steps
1.
Heat a deep-fat fryer to 180°C | 350F. Alternatively heat some oil in a large, deep pan. The oil is hot enough when bubbles form on a wooden spoon held in the oil.

Cut lids off the Camemberts and scoop out some of the cheese. Add a teaspoon of jam and replace the lids.
3.
Drag the cheeses through the beaten egg and then roll in the breadcrumbs. Press the crumbs on firmly and fry in the hot oil for around 5 min. Pat dry on kitchen paper and then serve.
