4 sprigs Basil
1 tsp green peppercorns (fresh or pickled)
350 milliliters milk
1 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Caramel syrup (can substitute honey)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the strawberries carefully, drain. Cut out the stems. Cut strawberries into small cubes and mix with the powdered sugar.

2.

Pluck basil leaves, rinse and pat dry. Puree strawberries with basil, pepper, milk, lemon juice and caramel syrup in a blender. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
