Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the strawberries. Squeeze the juice from the orange. Cut the lemon in half, cut one hald into 4 slices to garnish and squeeze the juice from the rest. Add both juices with strawberries and honey to taste to a blender and puree.

Pour into glasses and serve filled with mineral water and garnished with lemon slices.
