- 4 cups clear Apple juice
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 lemons (sliced)
- 20 heads woodruff flower
- 1.333 cups Strawberries (halved)
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the apple juice with the sugar and bring to a boil, stirring from time to time.
2.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the lemon and woodruff and set aside to steep for 24 hours.
3.
Strain the liquid through a jelly bag or sieve lined with muslin into a punch bowl. Add the strawberries and serve.
