1 cup natural Yogurt
2 Tbsps madras curry
2 Tbsps cilantro (finely chopped)
3.333 cups Prawn (ready-to-cook)
Ghee (or clarified butter)
2 tsps Chili powder

Preparation steps

1.
Mix together the yoghurt, curry powder, coriander and pinch of salt. Add prawns and cover well with the marinade. Leave to steep for two hours.
2.
Heat two tbsp ghee in a pan and quickly fry the prawns on a high heat on all sides. Add the remaining marinade and allow to thicken. Sprinkle the prawns with chilli powder and serve immediately.
