150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
3 Tbsps Mayonnaise
2 tsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and finely dice the shallot. Peel and finely dice the egg. Finely dice the gherkins and the capers. 

2.

Mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise, mustard, shallot, capers, egg, and gherkins. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Garnish the mayonnaise with chopped eggs and chives.
