50 grams grated Parmesan

100 milliliters olive oil
400 grams Spaghetti

Preparation steps

Rinse basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Peel garlic and chop finely. Combine basil with garlic and pine nuts in a blender and puree. Add cheese, 1 pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Gradually mix in the olive oil.

Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain. Mix with the pesto and transfer to plates. Serve garnished with basil.
