Preparation steps

1.

Beat butter, salt and nutmeg until fluffy and beat in egg. Stir in semolina. Let dough rest for 10 minutes.

Boil broth and season with salt and pepper.

Shape dumplings with 2 wet teaspoons. Cook in boiling broth for about 15 minutes over low heat.
