3 Tbsps light corn syrup
cup butter
2 ½ cups rolled oats
¾ cup raisins
½ cup chopped Walnut
0.333 cup Sunflower seed
0.333 cup sliced almonds

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 160°C (140° fan) 325°F gas 3. Grease a 23cm|9" square baking tin.
2.
Heat the sugar, syrup and butter in a pan until the sugar and butter have melted.
3.
Stir in the remaining ingredients until well mixed.
4.
Spoon into the tin. Press down well and smooth with the back of a spoon. Bake for 35 minutes until dark golden. Leave to cool completely in the tin. Cut into bars when cold.
