2 onions (chopped)
1 green pepper (diced)
2 cups canned red Kidney beans
1 Tbsp Curry
4 Tbsps Oil
1 Tbsp Cumin
salt

Preparation steps

1.
Cook the onions and pepper in the oil for 5 minutes until soft. Add the rice and cook until almost transparent.
2.
Add 1 l of hot water and stir in the curry and pepper.
3.
Cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Drain the beans, add and cook for 5 more minutes.
4.
Serve in bowls garnished with cumin.
