cup milk
1 egg
vegetable oil (for frying)
8 slices wafer thin Parma ham
1 cup grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.
Mix together the flour and the milk and stir in the egg and a pinch of salt. Leave to steep for 5-10 minutes.
2.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry four crepes, one after the other.
3.
Top each one with two slices of ham, sprinkle with some cheese and season with ground black pepper. Roll up tightly and serve.
