1 handful Dill
150 grams Pastry flour
3 tsps Baking powder
3 eggs
100 milliliters sunflower oil
100 milliliters milk
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Rinse the salmon fillet, pat dry with paper towels and chop. Rinse the dill, shake dry and chop the leaves.

Mix the flour with the baking powder, egg, oil and milk to form a smooth dough. Add the salmon cubes and dill. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Add butter to a baking pan. Fill in with the dough and cook in oven for 40-45 minutes. Stick a toothpick briefly in the salmon cakes and check if the dough is baked. Extend baking time if the dough sticks to the toothpick. Serve warm or cold.
