Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Butter 4 small soufflé dishes.

Rinse the zucchini and cut into very thin slices. Whisk together the milk, eggs, quark, and flour. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange the zucchini slices in the ramekins and cover with the egg mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
