Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the lettuce, shake dry, cut into strips and distribute over 4 small serving plates.
2.
Peel the eggs, cut a small section from the base and place, "standing up", on the prepared plates. Rinse the tomatoes, cut in half, remove the seeds with a small spoon and place over the eggs as the mushroom caps. Transfer the mayonnaise to a small piping bag and decorate the mushroom caps with small dots.
