- 1 baby Lettuce
- 4 handfuls lamb's lettuce (100 grams)
- 1 bunch Radish (250 grams)
- 3 Tbsps Fruit Vinegar
- 3 Tbsps Lemon infused olive oil
- salt
- peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
- edible Pansy (for garnishing)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse lettuce and mache lettuce, spin dry and tear into smaller pieces. Arrange on four plates. Rinse and dry radishes, cut nito thin slices.
2.
Whisk vinegar with lemon oil and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Arrange radishes on top of letuce and drizzle with the dressing. Garnish with flowers and serve.
