Preparation steps

Rinserosehips, dry, cut off flower neck and stem and chop with a mincing knife. Spread on a baking sheet lined with kitchen paper and dry at about 40°C (approximately 100°F) in the oven. The oven can be slightly ajar. Allow to cool and store in a tightly closed glass.

Tea: Add 1 to 2 teaspoons in 250 ml (approximately 1 cup) boiling water and boil for 10 minutes. At this time, the tea contains the most vitamin C.
