4 sprigs rosemary
1 handful thyme
600 grams waxy potatoes
2 fresh garlic cloves

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C upper and lower heat.

Rinse chicken, pat dry and cut along the back. Unfold and arrange on an oiled baking sheet. Rinse herbs and shake dry. Peel and rinse potatoes, slice. Halve garlic cloves and arrange together with potatoes and herbs around chicken.
