50 grams butter (melted)

Preparation steps

1.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and brush with melted butter. Place chicken breast side down in an ovenproof dish or roasting pan. Roast in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 30 minutes.

Mix 1 cup water with 2 teaspoons salt. Turn the chicken and pour the brine over it. Cook another 15 minutes.
