Preparation steps

1.

Rinse roast beef, pat dry, trim and season with salt and pepper. Heat butter in a roasting pan and sear meat on all sides.  

2.

Roast in preheated oven at 160°C (approximately 325°F) for about 45-55 minutes. Remove from the oven and slice thinly. Arrange on plates and serve with cranberry butter, if desired.
