People who sweat a lot lose minerals. Our cool soured milk mix is not only on the table in no time at all, but with a combination of potassium, magnesium, calcium and sodium it also quickly replenishes the mineral losses.

If possible, use a mineral water that contains a particularly high amount of minerals (ideally: more than 200 mg sodium, 100 mg magnesium and 150 mg calcium).
