- 3 cups Buttermilk
- 4 Ice
- 2 Tbsps honey
- mint (to garnish)

Set aside 12 raspberries for the garnish. Place the rest of the raspberries in a blender with the buttermilk, ice cubes and honey and blend until smooth.
2.
Pour into glasses and serve garnished with the reserved raspberries and the mint.
