500 grams jam sugar (2:1 ratio)

Preparation steps

1.

Remove the stems from the raspberries, if necessary. Rinse the raspberries then mix with the cocoa nibs and the sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 4 minutes, until the jam begins to thicken, continuing to stir. Skim any foam that rises to the top. Fill the hot, prepared jars to the brim with the jam and seal tightly. Turn upside down and cool completely.
