3 Tbsps butter
2 sprigs rosemary
2 sprigs marjoram

Preparation steps

1.

Halve bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs, rinse and dice. Peel and chop finely onion. Rinse and shake dry herbs, pluck off leaves and chop finely. 

2.

Heat butter in a pan and saute onion and peppers until softened, add eggs and cream, season with salt and pepper and cook until golden. 

3.

Slide on a plate, cover with a pan and invert. Sprinkle with herbs and cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from pan and serve.
