Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and halve the pears. Remove the seeds and cut into eighths.

Coarsely grind the green pepper. In a small saucepan, cook the pear wedges, apple juice, lemon juice, green pepper, and honey for about 7 minutes. Let the compote cool slightly. Divide between 2 glasses and serve with chocolate and lemon balm.
