Preparation steps

1.

Mash the cheese, cream cheese and cream together with a fork.

Rinse the pears, cut into quarters, remove cores, then cut into thin slices.

3.

Spread the cheese mixture over two slices of bread. Arrange the pears over the cheese, and top with watercress. Place the other two slices of bread on top, then cut into 16 equal squares. Secure with toothpicks and serve.
