120 grams butter
75 grams sugar
60 grams Peanut butter
1 egg
25 halved, unsalted Peanuts
5 Tbsps Vanilla sugar (for coating)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 350°F).

Mix the flour with ground nuts. Mix the butter with the sugar and peanut butter until creamy. Stir in the egg and add the flour mixture. Mix until smooth. Form small balls about 1.5-2 cm in diameter (approximately 3/4 inch), place them on a baking sheet and place half of a peanut on each cookie. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Remove from the oven. While still warm, roll in the vanilla sugar. Let them cool, and serve.
