- Puff pastry dough 1 package (275 g | 10 oz)
- 2 cups Peaches (peeled and cut into chunks)
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 2 Tbsps powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups Topping (prepared)
Preparation steps

Prepare puff pastry shells according to package directions.

In a medium bowl add peaches. Sprinkle with sugar and set aside.
3.
In another medium bowl add cream cheese, confectioner's sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
4.
Spoon cream filling evenly dividing between the six shells. Top with peach filling and serve immediately.
