- 5 cups Tagliatelle
- 1 ⅔ cups double cream
- 1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)
- ½ lemon (zest finely grated)
- 1 bunch Dill (chopped)
- ¾ cup Bottarga (salted pressed grey mullet roe)
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to packet instructions.
2.
Meanwhile heat the cream with the garlic and season.
3.
Toss the cooked pasta with the cream until thoroughly coated. Toss in the zest and dill and serve into bowls.
4.
Shave over the bottarga and serve immediately.
