1 red Bell pepper
1 yellow Bell pepper
2 stalks Celery
100 grams button Mushroom
Tuna in oil (100 grams)
8 Tbsps Fruit Vinegar
1 tsp medium hot Mustard
salt

2 garlic cloves
10 Tbsps olive oil
2 sprigs mixed Fresh herbs
2 hardboiled eggs
1 Tbsp Caper
1 pickled Anchovy fillet
2 Tbsps pitted Olives

Preparation steps

Cook farfalle in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool. Rinse and dry bell peppers, halve and remove seeds and ribs, cut into strips. Rinse and dry celery, cut into strips. Clean mushrooms. Drain tuna and pick apart. Combine ingredients in a bowl. Combine fruit vinegar with mustard, season with salt, pepper and a little sugar.

Peel garlic and squeeze through a garlic press. Add olive oil and garlic to the dressing. Rinse herbs, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Peel eggs and chop. Chop herbs, capers and anchovy fillets. Cut olives in rings. Add all ingredients to the salad and toss with dressing. Serve.
