1 Cantaloupe
16 slices air-dried Parma ham (or San Daniele ham)

Preparation steps

1.
Wash and halve the melon and scrape out the seeds. Cut the melon into approximately 16 wedges. Using a sharp knife, cut between the melon skin and the flesh from one end to 2-3 cm away from the other end, but do not completely separate the flesh and the skin.

Carefully pull the skin back a little and wrap a slice of ham around each melon wedge. Put 4 ham-wrapped melon wedges on each plate and serve.
