100 grams Oats
2 tsps Inulin (chicory root fiber, sold at health food stores)
salt
250 milliliters low-fat milk
liquid Sweetener
250 grams mixed Berry
2 Tbsps slivered almonds

Preparation steps

1.

Combine the oatmeal, inulin and 1 pinch of salt. Bring the milk and 200 ml (approximately 3/4 cup) water to a boil then pour over the oat mixture and let stand for 5 minutes. Sweeten as desired.

2.

Rinse the berries, hull and halve or quarter. Chop the almonds coarsely and mix into the porridge. Distribute among serving bowls and sprinkle with berries. Serve.
