50 milliliters dry white wine
100 milliliters Vegetable broth

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse mushrooms and cut into thin sices. Peel onion and garlic, chop finely and saute in a hot pan with melted butter. Add the mushrooms, cook briefly and deglaze with wine and broth.
