½ cup soft butter
2 eggs
0.333 cup sugar
¼ cup flour
2 Tbsps Cocoa

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 and grease the ramekins with butter and dust with flour.
2.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and leave to cool. Stir in the butter (both should be about the same temperature).
3.
Beat the eggs and sugar until creamy and fold in the chocolate-butter mixture.
4.
Mix together the flour and the cocoa and sieve into the mixture. Pour into the ramekins and bake for around 15 min - the puddings should still be liquid in the middle. Knock out the puddings and serve dusted with icing sugar.
