- ¼ cup all-purpose flour (plus extra for dusting)
- 7 ozs dark dairy-free chocolate (70% cocoa solids, chopped)
- ½ cup dairy-free margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- ½ cup caster sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Grease 4 x 175ml|6 fl oz pudding basins. Evenly coat with flour, tapping off any excess. Place on a baking tray.
2.
Melt the chocolate and margarine in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water. Stir until smooth and cool slightly.
3.
Whisk together the eggs, yolks and sugar until very thick, pale and fluffy. Fold in the cooled chocolate mixture until blended. Sift in the flour and gently fold in.
4.
Divide the mixture equally between the basins.
5.
Cook for 14-16 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to stand for 2 minutes, then invert onto serving plates.
6.
Sift a little cocoa powder over the top.
