- 14 ozs Spaghetti
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 clove garlic cloves (peeled, finely chopped)
- ⅔ cup dry white wine
- ⅔ cup fish stock
- 3 cups Shellfish (e. g. clams and mussels)
- 1 ¼ cups King prawn (ready to cook)
- 1.333 cups Calamari (rings)
- Chili flakes
- 2 Tbsps parsley (roughly chopped)
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic briefly. Pour in the wine and fish stock, then add the shellfish, cover and cook for 3 - 4 minutes until the shellfish have all opened. Discard any unopened shells.

Uncover the pan and boil hard to reduce the sauce slightly. Reduce the temperature, add the prawns and calamari, season with salt and chilli flakes and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes until done.
4.
Mix in the pasta and parsley. Check the seasoning and serve.
