Preparation steps

1.

Put the melon pulp along with the peeled and diced ginger in a blender. Add the coconut milk, the sugar syrup and 3-4 tbsps of water and blend everything thoroughly.

Put the ice cubes into two tall glasses and fill with the drink.

Garnish with mixed fruit such as pineapple, lime, currant and maraschino cherries stuck on cocktail skewers.
