150 ripe Mangoes
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsps honey
350 grams Natural yogurt
200 milliliters milk

Preparation steps

Peel the papaya, cut in half, and remove the seeds (setting some aside for garnish). Coarsely dice the papaya. Peel the mango, remove the fruit from the stone, and coarsely dice. Puree the papaya and mango with the lemon juice and honey. Add 300 g (approximately 11 ounces) and the milk, puree, and chill in the refrigerator.

Pour the chilled lassi into glasses, and top with the remaining yogurt. Garnish with the papaya seeds and the papaya slices, and serve.
