¼ tsp salt
1 ⅔ cups sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ tsps pure vanilla extract
edible round baking wafer (oblaten) optional

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat oven to 350º F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or place baking wafers on baking sheet.
2.
In a large bowl, combine flour, coconut, and salt. Stir in condensed milk and vanilla; blend well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets or onto the baking wafers.
3.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool before serving.
