1 l hot water

brown sugar (cubes; to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lemon balm, setting 4 stalks aside. Place the remaining lemon balm in a teapot. Pour in hot (almost boiling) water. Let infuse for about 10 minutes.

2.

Pour through a strainer into glasses. Sweeten to taste. Serve garnished with a fresh lemon balm stalk.
