35 ozs Sirloin steak (with the bone)
1 Tbsp hot Mustard
2 Tbsps honey
2 Tbsps soy sauce
2 Tbsps lemon juice
4 slices Pineapple

Preparation steps

Mix the mustard, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and some ground black pepper and brush the meat with it. Cover and leave to marinate for approx. 2 hours.

Grill the meat along with the pineapple for approx. 5-10 minutes (depending on how you like your steak cooked). Turn every so often. When done, cut from the bone and serve with the grilled pineapple.
