150 milliliters lukewarm Beef broth
1 tsp spicy Mustard
2 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
salt
freshly ground peppers
3 Tbsps Corn oil
1 onion
4 Pickled cucumbers
2 Tbsps scallions

Preparation steps

1.

Remove skin from Regensburger sausages, cut into thin slices and place in a bowl. Prepare marinade by combining broth, mustard, oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper. Pour marinade over sausage slices and let stand for at least 2 hours.

2.

Peel onion and cut into rings. Slice pickles and add together with onion to sausage slices. Season to taste and sprinkle with chives. Serve.
