Preparation steps

Top the ham slices with lettuce leaves, corn kernels and pepper strips. Wrap up tightly, cut each into four pieces, and secure with toothpicks.

Cut the basil into thin strips and sprinkle it over the rolls as a garnish. Arrange the rolls on a plate and serve with vinaigrette or dips depending on preference.
