Preparation steps
1.
Cut ham into cubes. Peel the onion, chop finely and blanch in boiling water and drain. Dice pickles finely. Cut asparagus into thirds.
2.
Cook broccoli florets in salted boiling water. Mix everything with pickle liquid, vinegar, oil and spices, season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
